Fluorosilicone Oil's Application in Lubrication and Abrasion Resistance

Fluorosilicone oil on the substrate surface by chemical adsorption to form a film main chemical composition  -CF3, with a high hydrophobic oleophobic molecular assembly film, which could greatly reduce the substrate friction coefficient, so that it has good abrasion performance at a low load condition.

Trifluoropropyl silicone oil as a lubricating base oil can significantly improve the lubricity between the steel and the steel boundary; for the watch industry and the micro-machinery industry, due to the surface energy of such compounds as low as 20mN / m, which can  reduced  surface friction coefficient, also can  used as a senior lubricant. Lubricants formulated from fluorosilicone oils, perfluoropolyethers, polyphenylene oxides, etc.The product used for lubrication of record-driven machines, laser printers and other electromechanical machines ,  sustaining process temperatures above 121 ° C at 1.4 million revolutions per minute and not  decompose, and to be lubricated with reliable performance.

Application:

1, As gas vacuum pump oil for treatment of chemical reaction;

2, As bearing lubrication in very low temperature and very high temperature environment;

3, As chemically inert to fuels and other chemicals used in steam power circulation system;

4, As thickening grease base oil;

5, As watch industry and micro-mechanical industry grease base oil.
