4, can reduce the dynamic surface tension and static surface tension, and make it quickly move to the surface, enhance the penetration capacity, has high efficiency emulsification performance, has a very excellent wetting function. Even in the case of electrolyte solution, it has a good wetting effect on the substrate that is difficult to wet, such as metal surface, cellophane, plastic film, aluminum, silicone treated paper and glass.
