Use and matching of surfactants

In actual use, different types of surfactants may be mixed together, and the synergistic effect between them may make the function play higher and better. 

However, due to the different ionic types of different surfactants, the matching relationship between them should be considered when using.

(1) Non-ionic surfactants can be used with any type of surfactant because they do not have the problem of ionic polarity interaction.

(2) Due to the different polarities of different ionic surfactants in aqueous solutions, precipitation will occur when cations and ions in the same bath meet. 

Therefore, in most cases, anionic and cationic surfactants cannot be used together.

(3) Some amphoteric surfactants can be shared with anionic surfactants; There are also some amphoteric surfactants that can be shared with cationic surfactants. 

Many amphoteric surfactants can only be shared with the same type or non-ionic surfactants.

(4) Very individual ionic surfactants can be used together across the cation and anion boundary; At the same time, there are some surfactants that can undergo ionic transfer changes under different pH values.
